To book your place on any of our tours, simply click on the paypal button of the tour you wish to attend. During payment, please add your NAME, CONTACT TELEPHONE, TOUR DATE, and the NUMBER OF PEOPLE attending...which should correspond to the payment you make, to the customer note section on the payment page. Upon receipt of your payment, we will add you to the list of your chosen event. Should you encounter any problems whilst booking, please contact Chris on the numbers at the top of the page, and they will be more than happy to assist you.

Unfortunately, due to the misuse of certain locations and inappropriate behavior by individuals participating in Paranormal events and investigations in the past, some venues have become unobtainable for groups and organizations who are in fact generally well organized and respectful.
Phenomenon-Tours insists that all individuals and groups are to adhere to the following guidelines when at locations, on events hosted by ourselves. In addition, all individuals will also be restricted by each location's own health and saftey regulations and policies, which will be addressed at the beginning of each event, by the invigilators and organizers of said event. These guidelines should be adhered to, and respected at all times.

There will be no use of drugs or alcohol before or during your time with us. If you are found to be in breach of this condition, you will be asked to leave and your money is non-refundable.
There shall be no defacing of or theft of private property. If found guilty of breaching this condition, you will be held legally responsible.
When investigating sacred ground, you must have the utmost respect for the surrounding area.
